XI Annual Conference - Brasilia, Brazil
On May 25 and 26 of 2007 members of the Latin American and Caribbean Law and Economics Association (ALACDE) will gather in Brasília, Brazil, for the group´s 11 th annual law-and-economics meeting. There will be two opening sessions, the first on the 22 nd of May to students and the public in general to make available information in Law and Economics, and the second on the 24 th of May, at the Brazilian Nacional Congress, to discuss issues related to the Legislative.

This is the first time an international law-and-economics meeting is held in Brazil. Another innovation are the prizes Robert D. Cooter Microsoft Award for Scholarship on Law & Economics and the Andres Roemer Microsoft Award for Distinction in Service to the Community of Scholars.
